| The dedicated and experienced staff of Development Impact, Inc. bring to the planning and development process a strong combination of academic credentials, direct local government experience, successful private sector project management, and tested in-the-field expertise. We understand that our clients seek to meet the needs of their communities, successfully engage their constituencies, and create projects that are not only beautiful and functional but also timely and cost-conscious. Formerly known as PMD Consulting, we continue to serve public and private sector clients who seek creative solutions to their planning and development challenges. Several of our team members, including principal Paula Daneluk, AICP, have worked directly for municipal governments, bringing to the firm valuable perspective into the needs of municipal clients as well as extensive knowledge of zoning and land use principles. We all have additional experience in private planning and development firms, so we know how private developers can most effectively interface with permitting agencies. In our broad range of work for public and private clients, we bring to bear comprehensive knowledge of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Subdivision Map Act, transportation planning, and the land use entitlement process. We pride ourselves on our proven expertise in engaging community partners and creating understanding and acceptance of project objectives. |
